There is a disbelief that multitasking helps to improve the productivity. It is not true. Try to focus on one task at a time. Switching between tasks decreases productivity and is tiresome.

It’s important to make sure you’re always focusing on one thing at a time. You don’t want to be constantly switching between tasks and tasks and tasks. You need to be selective about what you’re doing and only focus on one thing at a time. The best way to do this is to keep your mind entirely focused on the task at hand. If you want to get a certain result, you need to be focused on that one task. You don’t need to multitask.
